Testing

Regardless of your fitness level, at ProLanding you'll receive a personalized workout plan tailored to your fitness level and life plan. Our current members come from all over the world, from beginners who've yet to reach their first goal to UTMB medalists.

After you register with ProLanding, you must go through a data-based registration process. Your answers tell us more about you, your workout habits, fitness history, ambitions and training abilities. Your training plan will be designed to give you structure and choices for your workouts. Your plan will constantly evolve and adapt to your progress. The plan will include testing that will allow us to identify all the data we need to better create the plan.

Right now prolanding only works with running, trail running and ultra running, but soon there will be cross country, triathlon and swimming.

From the day you submit your onboarding responses, it can take up to 7 days for a coach to create and approve your plan. (Most community members receive their plan within 2 - 3 days)

At the moment we only support Apple Health, Coros and Polar, but we are working on connecting Garmin and Suunto
